Existing provider already delivers a fibre network

What does this mean?

Essentially, this means that your property is unable to connect to the nbn network. However, another private fibre provider, such as Opticomm, can provide fibre Internet access to your property. nbn will not arrange for an installation of their network as they have deemed your area as 'Adequately Served'.

What can I do?

To connect to the Internet, you'll need to find out who your fibre provider is in order to arrange a connection. You may be able to find out by asking other local residents, checking out the interior equipment, or looking at the logo stamped into pits outside your property.

Notes

Telstra Velocity is now part of the Opticomm network.
